Food Vending and Concessions Management

Concession Management.

From running the concession stand at your middle school basketball game to organizing the food and beverage needs for your 3 day music festival we can take care of you.  We can run everything and take care of the labor too. Our services range from just manning the event to complete oversight.  Ball fields, recreation centers, auditoriums, schools and office buildings are examples of our fixed site management.  Crafts fairs, weekend events, outdoor concerts, car shows, fishing tournaments,  golf tournaments and block parties are examples of our temporary management. 
If you are needing concessions or needing to repair your existing concessions give us a ring.  We can make your concessions worth it.

 
Vending

If you don't need full concession management services we can be a vendor for you.  We vend our wares at such places as the Nashville Super Speedway, the Fairgrounds and Municipal Auditorium locally and at other venues across the south east.   We also do festivals, concerts, sporting events and generally any event that does not last more than 3 days.  We have a massive menu  that covers a broad range of culinary appeal so we can fit in just about any event.  AND our delivery is unbeatable.  We have a custom made vending trailer that just screams COME EAT HERE.  Flat screens and diamond plate attract attention and our food takes it from there.   We can handle all the food for small to midsize events and would love to be part of the show at large ones.

Below is the standard menue we are currently doing. (we do change and upgrade the standard as demand and supply and the venue dictate.)  Also included is other menu items that we do to customize a menu for your specific event.

We usually carry a nice selection of candies, cookies, peanuts, jerky, Ice pops,  popcorn, cracker jacks, chips and home made pork rinds.

We do Iced Tea and lemonade 32oz.
coffee cocoa and capri suns for the kids
We add soft drinks as needed

Additional Items
These are the menu items we can add to customize a menu for you:
Grilled Chicken,  Smoked chicken quarters, Pork tenderloin, additional sides for plate meals, Brats, Knots, Polish &  Italian sausages, Soups, Chili, Gumbo, Jumbalaya, Redbeans and sausage, Several cajun sausages, Dirty Rice, and just about anything eles on our catering menu.  We even have breakfast items when we are onsite before 10:30 am.
